Andrew grew up in the Nashville, TN area and played collegiately at McKendree University. He graduated with a bachelor's in sport management and has worked in front offices of the St. Louis Blues, Nashville Sounds, and Knoxville Ice Bears, He has been a coach with the men's team since 2018 and is a USAHockey Level 4 certified coach. He lives in Lowell, AR with his wife Hannah and two children, Lily and JJ.
